We can definitely say that our time in Provence was the best vacation we've had in a very long time. Tom & Christine are wonderful guides and great people. They took the time to understand the things we wanted to do and tailored the visit perfectly for us. We truly got to experience this beautiful region, the villages, the culture, the food and of course the wine. Our daily trips took us between the French Riviera and smaller towns further in from the coast, always with amazing dining. They knew we needed some quiet time to ourselves, so the selection of Chateau Les Crostes in Lorgues was perfect. Tom did a great job navigating the challenging roads of this region, something we don't think we could have done on our own. We even learned to play Pétanque! They also took the time to explain the history and culture of the region and answered any questions we had. From the coast and the city of Nice, to olive groves and an olive mill, to a medieval village, troglodyte caves, an ancient monastery and a tiny town by the Verdon Gorge, we were off the beaten path of tourists and really got to see this part of France. We highly recommend this tour, or whatever custom version Tom and Christine put together for you! Our sincere thanks to them.
